Rick Whitney, Chief Executive Officer of Total Facility Solutions Inc., has more than 20 years of experience in the design and construction of advanced technology facilities. He has overall responsibility for the general management, profitability and strategic focus of the company. Rick oversees more than 200 full-time construction professionals countrywide, managing over $150M worth of work each year throughout North America. Rick joined the parent company, M+W U.S., Inc. in 1997, following a 15-year career in construction management.

President of Total Facility Solutions, Joe Cestari has more than 25 years of high technology industry experience, including semiconductor device design, process and equipment engineering, advanced technology development, international operations, and supply chain management. His history in the contracting and high purity systems environment and extensive executive experience in complimentary markets will advance TFS' development into a premiere contracting and systems provider resource in the US.

As Chief Operating Officer for Total Facility Solutions, Tom Land assists the President in all aspects of strategic planning, business operations, process implementation and project direction and evaluation. He has over 30 years of project management experience in the construction industry, focused on a variety of manufacturing, electronics, life science, and industrial projects with private and public sector clients throughout the US and Asia.
