Kurt Gilson

President

As president of TFS, Kurt Gilson brings more than 26 years of process expertise in cleanroom construction for clients in the life science and semiconductor industries. His substantial experience in supervisory, engineering and management techniques to deliver products and services affords him the ability to leverage best-known methods and build excellence in execution to support TFS business development and growth. Kurt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, with a primary concentration of experience in the biotech and semiconductor markets.

Chris Walton

SVP of Operations and Regional Manager - Eastern US 

As the SVP of Operations and Regional Manager for the Eastern US, Chris Walton oversees company operations while also managing project management and customer relations and development for clients in the Eastern US region. With over 27 years of experience in the high tech construction industry, his extensive expertise includes managing construction personnel, forecasting manpower, planning and scheduling, construction safety and material procurement, in addition to the fabrication and installation of high purity and ultra high purity piping and components.

 

Jose K. Garcia-Aranda

VP and Regional Manager - Eastern US

As VP of TFS for the Eastern US, Jose Garcia oversees the company's operations and customer relations in the region.  Jose has 13 years of experience in advanced technology facilities and the life science market segments.  Jose focuses on streamlining operational effectiveness and ensuring customer satisfaction.  Jose holds a BS in civil engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a MS in construction engineering management from Stanford University and is also a MBA Candidate (Class 2017) at MIT's Sloan School of Business.

 

Robert Hill

VP and Regional Manager – Central & Western US

As the VP and Regional Manager for the Central & Western US, Robert Hill is responsible for project management and customer relations specific to that region. Robert has 25 years experience in the mechanical contracting industry, most recently in the microelectronics semiconductor market. He specializes in providing strategic cost management advice incorporating subcontractor scope and development of procurement strategies for the biopharmaceutical, food, industrial and electronics market. His broad experience ranges from detailed construction cost estimates to supervision and management of projects in the construction field to client presentations for business development.

 

David Marshall

VP Electrical Operations

As VP Electrical Operations, David Marshall brings 20 years of experience in the construction industry; having managed several high-profile projects for customers in the semiconductor, mission critical and science and research industries. His responsibilities at TFS include overall management of labor workforce, material procurement and budgeting, financial reporting, scheduling, contract management, and project estimation.

 

Robert W. Bancroft, Jr.

Finance Manager

As Financial Operations Manager, Robert Bancroft’s proven track record of successful financial and project controls leadership spans the industry from the perspective of the subcontractor, EPCM contractor and owner’s consultant. Responsible for establishing all financial procedures and managing the entire project financial process, Robert is well versed in commercial management, cost forecasting and earned value management. He holds an undergraduate degree in construction management and advanced degrees in accounting and business.
