Building with Policies and Procedures
In order to better serve clients, it is crucial to operate efficiently and consistently. To establish consistency across multiple regions of the country, TFS invests heavily in standard operating procedures and policies. While many mechanical and electrical contractors are content to "do things the way they've always been done", TFS believes in constantly refining their methods of operations and defining them clearly for use throughout the entire country. This allows employees to spend less time wondering how to accomplish internal tasks and more time assisting clients and managing projects.
