Quality Assurance and Quality Control Program
TFS has established a high level of Quality Assurance to monitor and review installations, ensuring the standards and code requirements continue to exceed industry norms and customer expectations. Quality Control personnel work on-site with customers to create site-specific installation and validation procedures. Follow-up surveillance and inspections verify proper installation practices.
All specific site procedures are modified and customized based on the following set of five operational Quality Control parent procedures.
- Corporate Quality Plan
- Ultra High Purity Installation & Validation
- Mechanical Piping Welding
- HVAC & Ductwork
- Electrical System Installation
TFS installations are all completed in accordance with the American Welding Society, SMACNA, and FDA requirements in addition to local governing codes. TFS surpasses these standards by exceeding industry norms.
To assure these levels of standards continue to be achieved, TFS involves the client in the ongoing auditing and performance process. Site-specific installation plans, integrated with a customized set of procedures created by the Quality Assurance Department, are established for each project. The client, highly visible in this quality control process, is integral to this ongoing assessment.
Examples of the specific procedures could include:
- Material Receiving
- Material Inspection
- Non Conformance Reporting / Corrective Action
- Craft / Trades Training
- Craft / Trades Certification
- Daily Inspection & Surveillance Reporting
- Welding Procedure Specification
- Procedure Qualification Reports
- Welding Documentation
- System Installation Procedures
- System Final Acceptance
- System Testing & Validation Services
